    ADULT BOIL & BITE MOUTHGUARD INSTRUCTIONS

    1. Using a small pot or saucepan, bring 3-4 inches of water to a boil.
    2. Place mouthguard in boiling water for 30 seconds, allowing water to continue to boil. (DO NOT BOIL PAST 30 SECONDS).
    3. Carefully remove mouthguard with a slotted spoon and let cool for at least 5 - 10 seconds.
    4. When cool, lick lips and place mouthguard in mouth, aligning logo with the center of your front teeth (use a mirror for assistance)
    5. Bite down firmly and evenly. Use suction to draw out all water and air, creating a tight fit. Continue for 2 minutes until mouthguard has completely cooled
    6. If necessary, use thumbs and fingers for assistance to push mouthguard up into your teeth, starting at the molars and moving forward to the front teeth.
    7. Remove mouthguard and place in cold water for 2 minutes.


    * Mouthguard should fit tightly to upper teeth. Repeat steps 1-7 if fit is loose or inaccurate.

    in water for 30 seconds.
    3. Carefully remove mouthguard with a slotted spoon and let cool for at least 5 - 10 seconds.
    4. When cool, lick lips and place mouthguard in mouth, aligning logo with the center of your
    front teeth (use a mirror for assistance)
    5. Bite down firmly and evenly. Use suction to draw out all water and air, creating a tight fit.

    If mouthguard is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, do not fit or use, place back in original packaging and return to the dealer you purchased the mouthguard from with your original receipt.
